After serving our community for 23 + years as a licensed clinical social worker, I decided to pursue my passion for real estate and become a licensed real estate broker in Indiana.
I am thorough, detail-oriented and dedicated to providing the same level of service to my clients that I would expect for myself. My background in social work has equipped me with the keen ability to listen carefully, calmly assess a situation, problem solve, identify challenges, offer suggestions, and advocate for my client’s needs. I was born and raised in Decatur County. I graduated from Purdue University (Go Boilers!) and went on to obtain my master’s degree in social work preparing me to become a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. As a LCSW, I have had the unique privilege to assist thousands of families in my 23+ years who were facing various health, mental health, and chronic diseases around the globe. I am thrilled to have an opportunity to merge my personal passions and career in my hometown community.
My love for homes started as a young child. Growing up in a family-owned HVAC business not only sparked my love of visiting job sites with my father and grandfather but also introduced me early to the importance of a hard work ethic and serving those in our community. I married Ryan Kennelly, who owns and operates his family’s custom home construction business, Kennelly & Meyer Construction, for 23 years. My love for home building and eye for design and staging is evident in the numerous homes my husband and I have built/remodeled and sold in the region throughout our 20 years of marriage.
I have a strong passion and appreciation for small businesses and the entrepreneurial spirit. Although we have built and sold many homes throughout our years of marriage, we have recently built our forever home at Lake Santee in Greensburg. We enjoy the many amenities Lake Santee has to offer while raising our 3 wonderful daughters Caroline, Aubrey, and Eliza, who are now the 3rd generation of Kennelly’s to live full-time at Lake Santee!
